Mwamadi Resigns as Nyasa Big Bullets Supporters Chair

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets supporters chairperson Stone Mwamadi has officially resigned from his position, months after the club suspended him.

Mwamadi confirmed his departure in a resignation letter issued on Monday, bringing an end to his tenure at the People’s Team supporters’ leadership.

In the letter, Mwamadi used the opportunity to remind club president Konrad Buckle of the commitments he made upon taking over the club’s leadership. Among the promises highlighted were the purchase of a team bus, the construction of regional supporters’ clubhouses, and the development of a stadium for the club.

Big Bullets suspended Mwamadi several months ago, though the club has yet to publicly comment on his resignation or outline the next steps regarding supporters’ leadership.

Nyasa Big Bullets remain one of Malawi’s most decorated football clubs, with supporters playing a central role in the team’s identity and match-day atmosphere.
