KAMUZU BARRACKS RELIEVES OFFICIALS OF THEIR DUTIES

 Kamuzu Barracks Football Club has relieved some of its officials of their duties following an internal review of the team’s recent performance and administrative direction.

In a brief statement released on Tuesday, the club confirmed the decision, saying it was part of broader efforts to restructure and restore discipline, competitiveness, and professionalism within the team. The move is expected to pave the way for new leadership and fresh strategies as the club looks ahead to upcoming fixtures and competitions.

The club did not immediately disclose the names of the affected officials or whether replacements have already been identified. However, sources close to the team indicate that further announcements may be made in the coming days.

Kamuzu Barracks, one of Malawi’s traditional football powerhouses, has been under pressure from supporters following a run of unsatisfactory results, prompting calls for decisive action from management.
